About Lender Capital
Lender Capital is a business-to-business capital platform for private lenders: capital partners fund whole first-lien, business-purpose real estate loans at closing or buy whole loans lenders have already funded. Lender Capital serves two groups: private and hard money lenders, and the capital partners who fund or buy their loans.
What Lender Capital does
Lender Capital is a business-to-business capital platform for private real estate lenders. It gives lenders two ways to get capital:
- Capital placement before closing. A lender submits a new first-lien, business-purpose loan with the full file. It goes only to capital partners whose criteria it fits, and one capital partner funds the whole loan at closing. The lender keeps its origination points (less a placement fee paid only when a loan funds), earns a yield spread, and keeps servicing and the borrower. See table funding and how it works for lenders.
- Whole-loan purchases. A lender sells a whole loan it already funded. A capital partner buys the entire loan and the sale settles through an escrow agent, so the lender can lend that capital again. See sell your loans.
Who Lender Capital serves
- Private and hard money lenders that originate bridge, fix and flip, ground-up construction and DSCR rental loans and want capital beyond their own balance sheet. Every lender is reviewed (track record, underwriting, licensing) before submitting loans.
- Capital partners: hedge funds, credit funds, family offices and accredited private investors that want direct, whole, first-lien real estate loans and see the full file before deciding. Capital partners pay Lender Capital no fees. See for capital partners.
Lender Capital is business-to-business only. It does not lend to borrowers, never lends or buys loans with its own money, does not pool investor money and does not give investment advice.

Frequently asked questions
What is Lender Capital?
Lender Capital is a business-to-business capital platform for private and hard money lenders, based in Tempe, Arizona. Lenders get capital two ways: capital partners (hedge funds, family offices and private investors) fund new first-lien loans whole at closing, or buy whole loans the lender has already funded so it can lend that capital again.
Is Lender Capital a lender?
No. Lender Capital does not lend to borrowers and never lends or buys loans with its own money. It places capital partners' capital on new loans before closing and coordinates whole-loan purchases between lenders and capital partners. It is not a fund either: it never pools investor money, and each loan is held directly by one capital partner.
Is Lender Capital the same as Lender Capital Group?
No. Lender Capital (lendercapital.co) is a separate company from Lender Capital Group and from other businesses with similar names. Lender Capital is the business-to-business capital platform for private real estate lenders described on this site, founded by Sydney Kibuuka.
Who pays Lender Capital?
The lender pays Lender Capital, and only when a loan funds. Our placement fee is paid at closing out of the origination points. Capital partners pay us nothing, unless a loan sale is listed as buyer-paid. The standard fee is 1.00% of the loan amount up to $3,000,000 and 0.75% of the whole loan above that (0.75% and 0.50% for preferred lenders), with a $2,500 minimum.
Who can join?
Lender Capital works only with businesses. Lenders are reviewed on track record, underwriting and licensing before they can submit loans. Capital partners are institutional or accredited private capital. We do not work with individual borrowers.
Lender Capital is a business-to-business platform. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
